CleanSpark Inks Historic $6.6 Billion Lease on Georgia Data Center
CleanSpark Inc., a bitcoin miner, has made its largest move into AI infrastructure by signing a 20-year lease on a 175 MW facility in Georgia.
The agreement with an unnamed investment-grade global technology company is expected to generate $6.6 billion in contracted revenue and marks the company's first high-performance computing data center lease.
CleanSpark expects the facility, which will begin providing capacity in late 2027, to meet its ready-for-service date after ordering and pre-paying all long-lead items needed for the project.
