CleanSpark Posts Q3 Loss, Signs $6.6B Lease at Sandersville
CleanSpark Inc., a Nasdaq-listed company, reported its third-quarter fiscal 2026 results. The company posted revenue of $138 million from bitcoin mining operations, down by 30.5% year-over-year.
The net loss for the quarter stood at $239.8 million, in contrast to net income of $257.4 million in the previous quarter. Adjusted EBITDA, a non-GAAP measure, also plummeted to a loss of $113 million from a profit of $377.7 million.
CleanSpark highlighted its progress at the Sandersville development project, which includes a signed 20-year triple-net lease worth $6.6 billion with an investment-grade tenant. The company has fully funded the anticipated equity portion and pre-paid long-lead items to meet the ready-for-service date.
