CleanSpark Secures $2.276 Billion for Bitcoin Mining and Data Center Expansion
CleanSpark, Inc. has secured $2.276 billion in senior secured notes through its subsidiary CSDC Finance I, LLC. The company will use this capital to expand its Bitcoin mining and data center ambitions.
The notes carry a fixed interest rate of 7.875% and come due in 2031. CleanSpark has control over more than 1.8 GW of power, land, and data centers across the United States, positioning it for growth in the energy-driven data center development sector.
