CleanSpark Seeks $2.23 Billion Debt Financing for Sandersville Data Center
CleanSpark, a Bitcoin miner and digital infrastructure developer, has proposed a $2.227 billion debt deal to finance its Sandersville data center campus in Georgia.
The company plans to issue senior secured notes due in 2031, which will be used to fund the construction of the data center, reimburse earlier investments, and establish debt reserves.
