CME Integrates ENA Reference Rates for Ethena Governance Token

The CME Group has integrated ENA reference rates into its platform, providing standardized valuations for Ethena's governance token. The integration includes three US dollar reference rates and a real-time index for the ENA token, calculated daily by CF Benchmarks.

The metrics are based on spot pricing tools and do not include tradeable ENA derivative contracts. This initiative is carried out in direct collaboration with UK-based index provider CF Benchmarks.

The calculation process aggregates trade flow recorded across major spot cryptocurrency exchanges, using a one-hour calculation window divided into twelve five-minute intervals. The final figure represents the volume-weighted median calculated across each of these partitions.
