Coinbase-Backed Group Endorses 32 Incumbent House Candidates
Coinbase-backed advocacy group Stand With Crypto has endorsed 32 incumbent House candidates ahead of the November 2026 midterms. The endorsements target lawmakers who have supported digital-asset legislation, with a focus on competitive races where crypto voters could influence turnout.
The endorsement strategy is tied to the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act, which was passed by the House in July 2025 with bipartisan support. Many of the endorsed lawmakers had voted in favor of the measure, which would assign oversight roles to the Securities and Exchange Commission and Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
Stand With Crypto's campaign also reflects a broader institutional push around federal rules, with the group saying its network has grown beyond three million registered advocates. The endorsements are part of a larger effort by Coinbase to engage in legislative engagement through Stand With Crypto.
