The cryptocurrency market has surged about 22% in the past week, with major assets like Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) reaching multi-month highs.

This rally is accompanied by improvements in several demand indicators. However, each measure still has a caveat, suggesting that while the recovery has strengthened, it has yet to receive broad confirmation.

One sign of improving liquidity comes from stablecoin flows. According to analyst CW8900, net inflows began to fall after April and outflows dominated until recently. The pattern has since reversed, with outflows shrinking and inflows increasing. As the post notes, 'as long as funds flow in, the market will maintain a bullish trend. And when the funds inflow trend stops, it will undergo a correction.'

Institutional demand has also picked up, with ETF inflows broadening across major altcoins. On August 24, spot Bitcoin funds absorbed $337.56 million, while Ethereum products added $115.57 million. Smaller categories like Solana (SOL) and XRP (XRP) products have also seen significant inflows.
