Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong remains bullish on Bitcoin's future prospects. Speaking to CNBC's Squawk Box Asia, he stated that it's 'reasonable' for BTC to reach $400,000 by 2030.

Armstrong attributed his optimism to the upcoming halving event and regulatory progress in the crypto industry. He noted that the Bitcoin price cycle typically follows a four-year pattern of growth and decline, with most down periods lasting around a year.

The Coinbase CEO pointed out that this current cycle has already seen a significant recovery from its July 2026 low of below $60,000 ($57,717). Armstrong also emphasized that the next Bitcoin halving is estimated to occur in mid-April 2028 and often precedes a price run-up.

With the recent rise in Bitcoin's price and growing regulatory clarity, Armstrong expressed confidence in the next year or two being 'good for Bitcoin.'
