Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong believes that Bitcoin has already hit its bottom in this cycle. Speaking to Bloomberg Television, he stated that he thinks the next halving event will mark a turning point for the cryptocurrency.

The current four-year cycles of Bitcoin have led to a pattern of price fluctuations, and Armstrong is confident that the trend will reverse in the coming year or two. He also highlighted the importance of regulatory clarity for the crypto industry, citing the Clarity Act as 'right on the finish line' in the Senate.

Armstrong expressed optimism about the potential impact of clear rules from regulators, stating that even if the bill doesn't pass, the SEC and CFTC have signaled their readiness to publish guidelines. This would bring much-needed stability to the industry, he said.
