Coinbase CFO Sees RSUs Vest into Shares Amid Tax Withholding

Share

Coinbase's CFO, Alesia J. Haas, had a significant stock event on August 20, 2026. According to the company's filings with the SEC, 16,817 Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) she held vested and converted into an equal number of Class A common stock shares. This marked the end of a three-year vesting period for these RSUs, which were granted in quarterly installments starting on February 20, 2024.

As part of this process, 8,339 shares of Class A common stock were withheld and cancelled at a price of $160.20 per share to cover federal and state tax withholding obligations. This transaction is classified as an exempt Section 16b-3(e) transaction, where the company agreed to pay Haas' tax liabilities.
