Coinbase Opens IPO Access for Oura Shares Ahead of Nasdaq Trading Debut
Coinbase has launched an IPO allocation feature for eligible U.S. customers to participate in Oura's initial public offering (IPO). The feature is available through a dedicated IPOs page within the Coinbase app.
Eligible customers can submit Conditional Offers to Buy shares at the offer price once Oura's expected price range is published and their accounts are funded. Allocations may be full, partial, or unavailable depending on underwriter supply and customer demand.
The IPO allocation process gives priority to investors who hold shares for longer periods. Coinbase also states that selling IPO shares within the first 30 days can result in a 60-day ban from future IPO participation.
