Coinbase Revenue Plummets 18.5% in Q2 2026 Amid Shift to Subscription-Based Model
Coinbase Global reported its second-quarter 2026 results with revenue of $1.22 billion and a net loss attributable to common shareholders of $359.5 million, or $(1.36) diluted EPS.
This is down from the year-ago quarter's revenue of $1.497 billion and net income of $1.429 billion, resulting in a decline of 18.5% in revenue and an EPS loss of $6.50 per share.
The company attributed this shift to a decrease in transaction revenue while subscription and services gained share, driven by stablecoins and services growth.
