Coinbase Teams Up with Moov to Bring Stablecoin Settlement to Community Banks

Share

Coinbase, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, has announced a partnership with Moov, a payment infrastructure company. According to the announcement made on September 10th, Moov will integrate Coinbase's stablecoin settlement infrastructure into its existing platform.

Moov currently provides payment infrastructure services to over 1,000 community banks and credit unions in the US. With this integration, customers of these financial institutions will be able to accept, settle, and access real-time funding for stablecoins through Moov's platform.

The integration uses Coinbase's Developer Platform (CDP), which provides a single SDK and API key for handling user-managed, developer-managed, and institution-managed wallets and accounts. The custody wallet accounts used for asset storage will be processed via CDP's Payments API.
