CoinMarketCap Buys CoinGlass Derivatives Data Platform

CoinMarketCap has acquired CoinGlass, one of the largest derivatives analytics platforms in crypto. The acquisition gives CoinMarketCap access to data used to measure leverage across markets, including open interest and funding rates.

Financial terms were not disclosed. CoinGlass tracks over 2,500 instruments across 28 exchanges, serving more than 5 million monthly users and 10,000 API customers.

The platform will continue operating under its existing brand, with no changes to its website, mobile application, free tools, API, or pricing.
