Concrete Launches Governance Token CT Ahead of September 30 TGE
Concrete, an onchain finance platform built by Blueprint Finance, is introducing its governance and configuration token, CT. Scheduled to launch on September 30, 2026, CT will have a fixed supply of 1 billion tokens with no inflation.
Holders who lock CT can vote on defined protocol decisions, including strategy approvals, collateral classifications, fee frameworks, treasury-related policies, and module settings. Concrete plans to transition more decisions into token-based governance over time.
Staking CT allows users to access adjustments to certain protocol-side fees on their own activity in supported Concrete modules. Active stakers may also become eligible for token rewards based on their level of participation and the protocol's rules.
The tokenomics are split four ways: 35% for the ecosystem, including community distribution, participation, liquidity, and growth; 28% for investors, who are strategic backers of the protocol; 22% for the team, which follows a long-term vesting schedule; and 15% for the foundation, responsible for security, integrations, governance, research, and commercial work.
CT contracts are live on Ethereum and BNB Chain at 0x0A092E544DA31150b439a1aAA1A3a2214a867F46, with Binance Alpha listing as the first venue on September 30. Eligible users can claim an airdrop with Binance Alpha points once trading opens.
