Strategy and Strive, two companies at the forefront of corporate Bitcoin adoption, have made significant additions to their treasuries. In a recent move, Strategy acquired 4,603 BTC valued at approximately $370 million, while Strive Inc., trading under ticker ASST, purchased 1,800 BTC for roughly $143 million.

This acquisition marks the latest in a series of purchases by both companies. Strive has been particularly aggressive, with its treasury growing to approximately 25,000 BTC total. This makes it the fifth largest public corporate holder of Bitcoin globally.

What's notable about Strive's approach is its funding strategy. The company relies on its Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock, ticker SATA, which carries a 13% dividend rate. Strive has maintained a debt-free funding strategy, keeping strong cash buffers alongside its growing Bitcoin hoard.
