The Cosmos Hub governance proposal to refund 1.2 million ATOM seized from a Neutron attacker is drawing near-unanimous opposition from voters, according to recent data.

Proposal 1056, which carries the title 'ATOM Refund & Justice Bounty' on-chain, would return the funds taken after the attack and offer a 500,000 ATOM 'Justice Bounty' to yes voters.

However, as of September 25, No with Veto votes made up about 95% of the roughly 69.3 million ATOM cast on the proposal, against about 174,300 ATOM in favor.
