Credit Suisse Risk Chief Sees Bitcoin Soaring to $150,000 by End-2027
Bitcoin's decline may be nearing its end, according to CK Zheng, former head of global valuation risk at Credit Suisse. The expert predicts that Bitcoin could reach $150,000 by the end of 2027, a significant increase from its current price.
Zheng attributed this potential upswing to greater regulatory clarity for digital assets, broader institutional adoption, and the passage of the CLARITY Act, a US crypto market-structure bill. He also suggested that Bitcoin could benefit as rising US government debt increases demand for hedges against a weaker dollar.
Bitcoin's price has been volatile in recent months, but it is currently trading at $78,880 on Binance's USDT market, up 0.04% from the previous day.
