Crypto ETFs Pull In Record $1 Billion+ as Institutional Demand Returns
Bitcoin spot ETFs attracted a significant influx of capital on Monday, pulling in $999 million, their largest daily intake since October 2025. This marks the 9th-largest daily inflow since Bitcoin ETFs launched in January 2024. BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT.US) led the demand, taking in $381 million.
At the same time, spot Ethereum ETFs also saw a surge in demand, pulling in $270 million, their largest daily intake since October 2025. This comes on top of the $1.3 billion that Bitcoin ETFs have attracted so far in September, following August's $3.5 billion.
Bitcoin itself briefly traded above $87,000, its highest level since January. The influx of capital into cryptocurrency ETFs suggests that institutional demand is back in size.
