Crypto regulations continue to evolve around the world, with several countries implementing new laws and guidelines. In Argentina, Bitget has won a crypto license as adoption surges in the country.

Other countries with notable regulations include Australia, which has implemented ASIC's Digital Assets Framework 2026, and Brazil, where the BCB VASP regime (Law 14.478; Res 519-521/2025) governs trading, mining, payments, and capital gains.
