Crypto Funds Attract Record $3.2 Billion Inflow
Investors are pouring money into crypto funds at an unprecedented rate, with $3.2 billion flowing in last week alone. This marks the largest weekly inflow since October 2025 and follows a bullish August for the market.
The influx is being led by BlackRock's IBIT, which attracted $928 million after receiving another $1.3 billion the previous week. In total, IBIT brought in over $2.2 billion over two weeks.
While Bitcoin ETFs saw a nine-day inflow streak come to an end with $202 million in outflows, they still managed to attract $925 million for the week. Ethereum ETFs, on the other hand, continued their inflow streak to 10 sessions, with $824 million coming in last week.
According to Scott Melker, also known as 'The Wolf of All Streets', 'The bid rotated. It did not reverse.' This suggests that investors may be shifting their funds from Bitcoin to altcoins before the September effect kicks in.
