The cryptocurrency industry is funding a super PAC called Fairshake to spend roughly $30 million in the Ohio Senate race. The goal is to prevent former Democratic Sen. Sherrod Brown from returning to office.

This effort comes after Democrats voted against a digital asset bill supported by the crypto industry, according to Politico.

Brown's campaign manager slammed his opponent, GOP Sen. Jon Husted, saying that he serves billionaires who are pouring money in the race to keep him in office.
