Crypto Market Rebounds: Experts Predict Long-Term Gains for Zcash, Solana, and Ethereum
The cryptocurrency market has made significant gains in recent months, with its total market capitalization reaching nearly $2.7 trillion as of September 13.
This represents a 30% increase from its bear market bottom of $2.1 trillion at the end of June 2026.
The sector's growth has led some to speculate that the crypto bear market is ending, or may have already ended.
A new bull market could be on the horizon, and investors are advised to consider buying and holding certain coins for at least three years.
Three assets stand out as potential long-term investments: Zcash (CRYPTO: ZEC), Solana (CRYPTO: SOL), and Ethereum (CRYPTO: ETH).
Zcash's main draw is its private transactions and wallet balances, but it lacks the features that enable tokens on its chain. However, a proposed upgrade called ZSAs could change this.
The Zcash Foundation has been working on developing the technical infrastructure for ZSAs, which would allow private tokens to exist on the chain.
Solana is poised to win the race for new inflows of tokenized real-world assets (RWAs), with its total base of tokenized stocks totaling $503 million as of September 13.
Ethereum hosts a large amount of tokenized real-world assets, including $17.2 billion of such assets as of mid-September.
