Crypto Market Sees $31 Million in Liquidations on September 24
The cryptocurrency market saw a significant increase in liquidations on September 24, with a total of $31.28 million in losses recorded across three major exchanges.
According to data from Binance, Bybit, and OKX, short positions accounted for 95% of the total liquidations, totaling $29.60 million.
Binance was the exchange with the most liquidations, at $19.93 million, followed by OKX with $7.20 million and Bybit with $4.15 million.
The assets affected were Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), and Solana (SOL), with BTC accounting for $12.34 million in losses, ETH for $8.07 million, and SOL for $1.31 million.
