Crypto Market Sees Signs of Recovery as Ethereum, Solana, and Arbitrum Prepare for Growth
The bear market has taken its toll on Ethereum (CRYPTO: ETH), Solana (CRYPTO: SOL), and Arbitrum (CRYPTO: ARB). As of Sept. 13, Ethereum was still 49% below its peak, while Solana was down 66% from its all-time high. Meanwhile, Arbitrum had plummeted by a staggering 94%.
However, despite these dismal figures, experts predict that the worst is over for these three leading cryptocurrencies. In fact, they believe that better times are quickly on the horizon due to several catalysts and growth drivers.
Ethereum, in particular, has been making significant updates to its network. The upcoming Glamsterdam upgrade, scheduled to launch in the fourth quarter of 2026, will increase the gas limit from 200 million, making it more attractive for AI agents. This is expected to bring in new economic activity and transaction fees.
Solana, on the other hand, has been competing with Ethereum to attract AI agents. It's also working on tightening its supply by reducing inflation, which will likely boost its valuation.
