Crypto Market Sees Surge in Institutional Investment as XRP Joins the Bid
Institutional investors are pouring back into cryptocurrency markets, with US spot crypto ETFs attracting over $3 billion in investments across four sessions this week. The inflows were led by Bitcoin, which saw roughly $2.25 billion in investments, followed by Ethereum at $603 million. Other assets, including Solana, XRP, and Zcash, also received fresh capital.
XRP was a notable beneficiary of the increased interest, with almost $53 million in inflows between September 22 and 24. This influx of money into XRP comes as it trades around $1.55. The asset is now joining Bitcoin and Ethereum in receiving institutional attention.
The broader market trend suggests that investors are looking beyond the largest listed tokens for opportunities, which could create a window of time for earlier-stage projects to gain traction. DigiTap, a project currently in its presale phase, has already seen 90% of its allocation sold out at $0.0589, making it an attractive option for retail buyers.
DigiTap's product proof is also notable, with a downloadable beta app and over 10,000 cards issued before the token's TGE. This provides a tangible example of the project's progress, which could make it more appealing to investors who want to get in on the ground floor.
