Crypto Market Steady, LayerZero and Midnight See Significant Gains
The crypto market held steady over the weekend, with Bitcoin and other tokens remaining in a narrow range. This stability came after a weak nonfarm payrolls report from the US on Friday.
One of the tokens that has seen significant growth is LayerZero ($ZRO). It has surged from a low of $0.7097 in August to its current price of $2.02, representing a jump of over 185% from its lowest level in August. Its market capitalization has reached over $813 million, with a trading volume of over $258 million, a 35% increase from its previous level.
The token has broken above the crucial resistance level of $1.3378, invalidating the double-top pattern. It has also formed a golden cross pattern on October 2nd, a sign that the bulls remain in control. The Relative Strength Index (RSI) has continued to soar, while the Average Directional Index (ADX) has reached its highest level in months, at 50.9.
The analysts expect LayerZero to pull back modestly, potentially to $1.3378, before resuming its uptrend.
Another token that has done well is Midnight, the privacy token launched by Charles Hoskinson. It has jumped from a low of $0.0150 in July and reached a high of $0.0529, its highest level since March 28. It has moved above the crucial resistance level of $0.041, confirming the bullish breakout.
However, the token has become highly overbought, with the RSI soaring to 86. As a result, it may retreat to the key support level of $0.041.
Pi Network, on the other hand, has remained in a narrow range in the past few months and has underperformed most coins. It has recoiled inside the narrow channel shown in red, hovering at the 50-day Exponential Moving Average (EMA). The RSI has moved below the neutral level of 50, while the ADX has slipped.
