Crypto Market Suffers Weekend Sell-Off, Except for QNT and NIGHT
The weekend has started off on a sour note for most cryptocurrencies, but two notable exceptions are QNT and NIGHT. The US labor market showed signs of cooling down on Friday, which should be bullish for risk-on assets. However, Bitcoin's price surge was halted in its tracks and plummeted hard before settling at $84,500.
The broader crypto market is weak, with Ethereum losing the $2,700 support once again and XRP slipping below $1.50. The 24-hour spot volume has also declined by 24.8% to $38.91 billion. This decline in trading activity may indicate a lack of confidence among investors.
On the other hand, QNT and NIGHT are showing remarkable resilience, defying the sector-wide sell-off. Their token-specific strength is a clear outlier in the current market conditions.
