Crypto Markets Plunge as Risk Appetite Wanes Across Sector

Cryptocurrency markets took a hit on Tuesday morning as risk appetite waned across the sector. Bitcoin fell by 0.81% to $85,900.45, while Ethereum declined more sharply, down 1.36% to $2,738.32.

BNB also joined the downtrend, falling 1.58% to $786.34. Other mid-tier assets such as Solana and Dogecoin suffered losses of 1.33% and 1.86%, respectively.

The biggest loser was Avalanche, which plummeted 3.17% to $10.87. In contrast, XRP managed a modest gain of 0.16% to $1.54, while Cardano edged up 0.34% to $0.25.
