Crypto Markets See Record-Breaking Inflows as Bitcoin and Ethereum Lead the Way
Crypto markets saw significant inflows today as Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, and Solana ETFs all posted gains. According to Coinglass data, a net $925.82 million was pulled into these funds on September 22, with Bitcoin leading the way at $714.75 million.
BlackRock's involvement was notable, bringing in $350.35 million of that total, which now sits at $56.87 billion in cumulative inflows. Ethereum ETFs added $162.31 million, while XRP saw its biggest single-day inflow yet at $20.02 million, both led by BlackRock and Bitwise respectively.
Solana's inflows were also significant, reaching $28.87 million, the second-largest September inflow for the asset. The surge in buying was accompanied by a 1.8% increase in the global market cap, which now stands at $3.05 trillion.
Adoption data supports this trend, with Solana handling 76% of all x402 transactions over the last four weeks. However, experts caution that single-day inflow streaks can reverse quickly, and sustained buying is necessary to confirm this trend.
