Crypto Markets Shift Towards Stability Amid Growing Institutional Presence
Ben Nadareski, CEO of Solana-based decentralized finance platform Solstice, believes that crypto markets are unlikely to experience extreme boom-and-bust cycles in the future. He attributes this shift to deeper liquidity and increased stability across major trading pairs.
Nadareski pointed out that even during bear markets, liquidity has significantly increased, reducing sharp price swings seen in previous cycles.
The Solstice CEO noted that crypto is becoming a market for institutional capital and household wealth rather than speculative trading.
This trend is supported by data from Glassnode and Fasanara Digital's 2025 report. The firms found that Bitcoin's one-year realized volatility had fallen from 84.4% to 43%, partly due to growing market depth and institutional participation.
