Crypto Millionaires Surpass 135,694 as Market Capitalization Hits $2.6 Trillion

The number of crypto millionaires worldwide has reached 135,694, according to the Crypto Wealth Report 2026 by Henley & Partners. These individuals have a digital asset portfolio exceeding $1 million.

Of these millionaires, over 92,000 own Bitcoin specifically, indicating its dominance among wealthy investors. The report notes that despite the current market downturn, the number of owners of significant digital assets continues to grow.

The total market capitalization of cryptocurrencies reached $2.6 trillion by the end of August 2026, with $1.6 trillion attributed to Bitcoin. This is a significant decrease from its all-time high in October 2025, but still substantial.
