Cryptocurrency prices declined on Tuesday as investors reacted to President Donald Trump's warnings about Iran.

BTC fell below $77,000, while Ethereum dropped beneath $2,400. The global cryptocurrency market capitalization contracted by 1.86% over the last 24 hours, reaching $2.60 trillion.

Crypto-related stocks also declined, with Strategy Inc. (NASDAQ:MSTR) and Bitmine Immersion Technologies Inc. (NYSE:BMNR) closing down 6.06% and 7.70%, respectively.

Ali Martinez, a cryptocurrency analyst, suggested that Bitcoin may be mirroring its 2023 bottoming pattern, with multiple tests of a descending channel's upper trendline before a breakout.
