Crypto Stocks Benefiting from Soaring US Bond Yields
US bond yields have been on the rise due to concerns over US debt and inflation. As a result, several crypto stocks stand to benefit from this trend.
Circle Internet Group is one of these companies, with its business model including issuing stablecoins and investing in government bonds. The company's reserves are invested in short-term government securities that mature in about three months, currently yielding 4.14%, the highest level since September 2025.
With an average USDC market capitalization of $75.4 billion, Circle's annual revenue would exceed $3.1 billion if it retained all interest income, although its actual revenue is lower due to distribution deals with Coinbase.
Rising bond yields will also benefit Robinhood, which has billions in yielding assets and a diversified business model that includes tokenized stocks and prediction solutions.
