The cryptocurrency market has seen a significant surge in purchases from three major companies: Strive, BitMine, and Strategy. In a week-long period, these companies acquired over $500 million worth of Bitcoin and Ethereum.

Strive, led by CEO Matt Cole, purchased 1,800 Bitcoins at an average cost of $79,431 per coin, bringing its total holdings to 23,156 Bitcoins valued at approximately $1.83 billion on Monday.

BitMine, on the other hand, acquired 53,501 Ether, marking 65 consecutive weeks of uninterrupted purchases since June 2025. The company has staked 86% of its Ethereum holdings through its U.S.-based validator network, MAVAN, which is expected to generate annual returns between $335 million and $390 million.

The surge in cryptocurrency prices can be attributed to a shift in fund capital flows. U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs absorbed over $3.3 billion in investments during August, while Ethereum ETFs saw net inflows of approximately $1.75 billion, marking the strongest performance since October last year.
