Cryptocurrency Market Sees Signs of Recovery as Key Assets Gain Momentum
The cryptocurrency market is showing signs of recovery, but can it recapture its lost volatility? Four assets, Dogecoin (DOGE), Cardano (ADA), Aave (AAVE), and Bonk (BONK), are being closely watched for their price movements.
DOGE has been attempting to turn its recent recovery into a broader trend reversal. After recovering sharply from its August lows near $0.069, DOGE is currently trading around $0.0954. The most important development on the daily chart is DOGE's interaction with the long-term moving average around $0.093-$0.094. This indicator had acted as resistance throughout the decline, but the late-September rally pushed DOGE decisively above it.
For ADA, a considerable stronger short-term structure has been maintained after climbing from approximately $0.195 to above $0.25 during the second half of September. ADA currently trades near $0.252, keeping most of the recent advance intact despite several unsuccessful attempts to extend beyond $0.26.
AAVE remains in a strong uptrend after its rapid September breakout. The immediate obstacle is $187-$190, where the latest candle encountered resistance. Clearing this area would put the psychological $200 level within reach.
