CSD BR Copies Ownership Records to XRP Ledger in $4 Trillion Move

The $4 trillion figure mentioned in reports covers assets registered across CSD BR's wider systems, not tokens issued on the ledger.

CSD BR retains legal control of registration, custody, and settlement, while the public ledger serves as a second record of ownership changes.
