Cuentas, Inc., a digital assets and cryptocurrency mining infrastructure company, has entered into a long-term agreement with Power Upp USA to secure up to 24 megawatts of power and hosting capacity in Seminole, Texas.

The deal includes $500,000 in one-time charges and a $90,000 security deposit per container set. The agreement also specifies recurring colocation and administration fees tied to 5% of gross mining revenues plus a fixed monthly fee.

Energycosts will start at $0.05 per kilowatt-hour with CPI-linked adjustments and fuel-cost provisions. This long-term arrangement exposes Cuentas to ongoing energy and hosting costs even during low-output periods, but provides a limited suspension right and termination option if Bitcoin prices remain below a specified threshold.
