Curtis Demands Investigation into Trump Jr.'s Business Ties and Russian Wedding Gift

Republican Senator John Curtis of Utah has requested an investigation into Donald Trump Jr.'s foreign business dealings, including his acceptance of gifts from Russian oligarch Umar Kremlev.

Kremlev funded a lavish wedding after-party for Donald Trump Jr. on a private island in the Bahamas shortly after traveling to China as part of a delegation accompanying Vladimir Putin.

Curtis expressed concerns about Donald Trump Jr.'s active promotion of family-backed cryptocurrency ventures and his investments in defense contracting.

He also urged an investigation into the use of presidential family relationships for private financial benefit or access by domestic and foreign interests.
