Cypherpunk Appoints Mining Veteran to Board Amid Expanding Zcash Operations

Cypherpunk Technologies has appointed Amanda Fabiano to its Board of Directors. The veteran mining executive brings operational expertise from her previous roles at Nakamoto Inc., TeraWulf Inc., Galaxy, and Fidelity.

Fabiano currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of Nakamoto Inc. and an independent director of TeraWulf Inc., a publicly listed bitcoin mining company that has expanded into AI and high-performance computing infrastructure.

Cypherpunk Technologies launched its 4.2 GSol/s Zcash mining fleet in August, generating $3,023.13 worth of ZEC in the first weeks of operation, all of which have been added to the corporate treasury.
