Cysic (CYS) Deploys AI-Powered ComputeFi on Mainnet
Cysic (CYS) has been making rapid progress in the field of verifiable compute, a key component of the ComputeFi paradigm. The project aims to decentralize the prover layer and turn raw computing power into a tokenized on-chain asset.
Since its mainnet launch in December 2025, Cysic has shipped products at an impressive pace. In March, the project's AI went live on mainnet with cryptographically verifiable multi-agent swarms, which can perform complex tasks such as contract deployment and artwork creation.
The team behind Cysic has also open-sourced a full FPGA proving stack for its Venus zkVM in June, further demonstrating its commitment to transparency and decentralization. The project's dual-token model rewards provers, verifiers, and validators with the tradeable asset CYS, while CGT is a non-tradeable governance token earned through staking.
Partnerships have been announced with Inference Labs, OpenGradient, and P2P.org to bring verifiable AI to various sectors. However, some community members are still wary due to an opaque airdrop during the token launch, which led to small allocations for large Kaito stakers.
The project's infrastructure looks genuinely robust, but the token's price has been volatile, swinging over 40% in a single day multiple times this year. The team is set to discuss its plans and future developments in an upcoming community AMA on August 6.
