Dalio Predicts Crisis-Proof Performance for Non-Government Monies
Ray Dalio, billionaire founder of Bridgewater Associates, has reaffirmed his stance on Bitcoin. In his latest essay, he emphasized that non-government-produced monies like gold and Bitcoin could perform well in an impending crisis.
Dalio warned investors about the growing U.S. national debt, which surpassed $40 trillion this week. He advised diversifying into assets with strong income statements and balance sheets, underweighting debt assets like bonds, and overweighting gold and a small amount of Bitcoin.
The investor noted that major economies such as the U.K., Europe, Japan, and the U.S. face similar debt and deficit problems. This could lead to assets like Bitcoin benefiting from government-created money supply growth.
