Dark Defender, an analyst who has been bullish on XRP for some time, believes that nothing can stop its price from rising. He recently released a chart projecting a five-wave Elliott Wave impulse from $1.39 to a target of $10.11, with the third wave reaching $7.08 as the first major stop.
Dark Defender's confidence in XRP extends beyond just technical analysis. Even when the U.S. Senate voted down the CLARITY Act on September 15 by a single vote, he did not revise his outlook, stating that 'XRP is not waiting for the Clarity Act. The wave pattern will emerge: with or without it.'
