Instead of buying and holding Bitcoin directly, investors can now choose instruments that promise yield tied to Bitcoin's performance.
The Strategy token (STRC) is one such example, offering a 12% annualized dividend paid out bi-monthly. However, in June 2026, STRC shares dropped nearly 29%, forcing Strategy to sell Bitcoin to keep covering the dividend payments owed to holders.
