DOGE Surges Past $0.10 Amid Growing Market Interest
After months of trading below the psychologically significant $0.10 level, Dogecoin has finally broken through this barrier and reached its strongest performance since early June.
The surge in DOGE's price was accompanied by a 72% increase in trading volume to approximately $5.42 billion and a 5.65% rise in open interest to about $1.66 billion, indicating that market participants are taking new positions rather than closing existing ones.
Spot Dogecoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) in the United States saw net capital inflows of nearly $909,650 on September 21, with Grayscale's GDOG product attracting $1.50 million and 21Shares' TDOG experiencing an outflow approaching $593,000.
The X platform announced new integrations with major exchanges, including Gemini, Kraken, Coinbase, Moomoo, and Interactive Brokers, which may have contributed to the renewed interest in DOGE.
Technical analyst BSC Gems Alert identified a higher-low pattern forming in DOGE's price action, with $0.22 marked as the initial significant resistance zone.
