Some analysts believe Dogecoin may be nearing its bottom despite struggling at multi-year lows. According to CryptoPatel, an analyst on X, the market is overlooking Dogecoin's long-term setup. The token is building a base while traders focus on short-term price swings.

CryptoPatel identified an accumulation zone between $0.07 and $0.09, with upside targets at $0.50, $1, and $2. This would be invalidated by a high-timeframe close below $0.048.

Another analyst, Ali Martinez, highlighted growing network activity in an X post on Aug. 5. Weekly active Dogecoin addresses increased 16%, rising from 38,000 to 44,000.
