Dogecoin Beats Nike in 5-Year Performance Showdown
Crypto ranking platform CoinGecko has compared the performance of Dogecoin ($DOGE) and Nike (NKE) over the past five years. According to the analysis, Dogecoin has recorded a smaller decline than Nike over the last five years.
The comparison looked back to October 2, 2021, when Dogecoin traded at $0.223 and Nike traded at $149.60. Fast-forward to the present, Dogecoin has dropped 57% to $0.096, while Nike has declined 76% to $35.22.
CoinGecko's analysis does not imply that Dogecoin is the stronger asset, as both $DOGE and NKE have experienced significant volatility and periods of gains and losses over the last five years.
