Dogecoin Breaks Out of Bull Flag Pattern
Dogecoin has broken out of a bull flag pattern on shorter timeframes, sparking renewed technical interest among traders. According to analysis posted by Ali Charts on X, this breakout projects an initial price target near $0.12.
The bull flag pattern typically emerges following a sharp vertical advance, succeeded by a period of range-bound consolidation and profit-taking. Once the price clears the upper boundary of the consolidation channel, quantitative models often project an extension proportional to the preceding flagpole.
The two-week LMACD (Logarithmic Moving Average Convergence Divergence) indicator crossover has also entered the market’s technical spotlight, with data shared by technical analyst Kevin indicating that it is approaching a bullish crossover mirroring the one seen in October 2022. During this period, Dogecoin successfully defended its macro cycle floor, preventing declines below previous swing lows.
Market analysts note that reaching $1 per coin would require a tenfold expansion in the network’s market cap, with quantitative projections demonstrating that sustaining that level would require a total valuation exceeding $155 billion. The upcoming weekly close will determine whether Dogecoin sustains its run toward the $0.12 resistance level or falls back into its prior consolidation range.
