Dogecoin Breaks Out of Bullish Flag, Analysts Eye $0.12 Target
Dogecoin's price has broken out of a bullish flag pattern on lower timeframes, according to analyst Ali Charts. The breakout was confirmed and pointed to $0.12 as the next target from the pattern.
The setup is based on recent price action rather than a major change in Dogecoin fundamentals. A bullish flag usually forms after a strong move, followed by a period of tighter trading.
When price breaks above that range, traders often look for a move that follows the direction of the earlier trend. In this case, the breakout has also gained attention because of signals appearing on higher timeframes.
The lower timeframe move was lining up with several bullish signals on longer charts and came as trading activity increased.
Analyst Kevin noted that DOGE price was close to confirming a bullish two-week LMACD cross at the same level seen in October 2022. If confirmed, this could be another sign that the wider DOGE price trend is changing.
