Dogecoin Eyes $0.20 Recovery as Bulls Gain Momentum
Dogecoin (DOGE) has reclaimed key price levels after reaching an eight-week high of $0.156 on Tuesday, according to analysts.
The cryptocurrency had previously declined more than 50% from its Q2 2025 peaks and remained in a downtrend until last week's breakout.
Trader Tardigrade noted that the recent surge has formed a bullish reversal signal on the monthly chart, with a pair of Tweezer candlesticks that typically indicate a shift towards buying pressure.
The three-day chart displayed a three-month falling wedge pattern, which Dogecoin breached during its recent surge. The analyst suggested that the price might retrace briefly to test the breakout area before the next major advance.
